Chamomile Mint Tea

  • soothes sinuses (HELLO)
  • sedative/relaxes


Recipe I use: 

Just fill a tea infuser with about 5 fresh mint leaves and 2 tsp of dried or fresh chamomile flowers! Boil water and steep in your favorite mug:)
